Very good reception, well maintained park with good service. Fun activities to do with children. (Fantasticable, Bob Luge, ...) The free included multipass is also a massive plus!
Staff were always ready to help if needed. We didn’t ,however, encounter any problems. The managers work with Whatsapp, which offers instant and direct contact. On the other hand, they are not intrusive. We have been very satisfied with FranceComfort for years. Fast and good communication.

Friendly and helpful managers who gave great tips on things to do in the area. Nice and well-maintained apartments. The only thing we can think of that was missing is a sink in the toilet. Beautiful nature and lots of fun things to do.

Clean common areas and neatly maintained park. If you were to stay longer, a washing machine and possibly a dryer could be a useful addition to the holiday park, as well as charging stations for electric/hybrid cars. Cordial, friendly and helpful managers. Take time to have a chat, but also give you space and freedom to do whatever you want. Easy app contact and we were reminded in a timely manner of certain matters or services.

The park is located in a beautiful area. The villages surrounding the park had plenty of places to eat and shops to visit. There is plenty to do in the area. From beautiful mountain walks, climbing parks, various (ski) lifts, water activities, etc. We had a very warm welcome. If we needed any help during the holidays, all we had to do was contact the managers. Our departure was also arranged well. We have experienced our stay as very pleasant. We used the Komoot hiking app, to go on several beautiful walks. In Chatel you can take the gondola lift to the top. From there you can walk beautiful routes and wander into Switzerland in no time. The climbing park in Abondance is also a lot of fun.

We felt right at home in this beautiful apartment. Everything was thought of and nothing was missing. Clean, atmospheric, modern. Really beautiful! Perhaps something could be added to the park for children such as a trampoline or other play equipment. An electric scooter/bicycle rental could also be a good addition to the park. But really the environment lends itself to going out. There is plenty to do in the area for children. Super friendly and welcoming host Josephine!!

Great surroundings and beautiful apartment. We were in an apartment of 130m2 which is very luxurious. Beautiful view over the valley.

Brand new resort with heated swimming pool, wellness and Dutch administrators. We immediately felt at home. Apartment was nice, clean and very luxurious.

Wonderful!
After a warm welcome we were shown our apartment. What a surprise! The smallest and "cheapest" 4-person apartment was really beautiful. Nice bedrooms, nice bathroom and a separate toilet. The kitchen was good and well equipped and the living room was nicely furnished. The apartment has a lovely balcony with a great view. The surroundings surprised us; very pretty, green and there was loads to see.

A beautiful apartment in a small "holiday park", consisting of four chalets. Mountain views and a great base for hiking. You can go hiking nearby or a little further away, whatever you want. The apartment was large, very well maintained and clean. The staff was very friendly. Definitely recommended!

You can't get any better!
We had a great holiday in this nice, small park. The surroundings (and the views) are beautiful and there is a lot to do in the area such as swimming, mountain biking, going on cable cars, hiking, etc. Nice villages and good restaurants in the area, we recommend the village of Chatel. The apartment complex is spacious and the apartments are really clean, well equipped and fully furnished. If you have any questions or something is wrong, the administrators Alfred and Josephine are always ready to help you. You could nearly call it 24/7 seen as Josephine responds almost immediately to texts and messages. If you forgot to order bread? No problem, Josephine asks at the end of the day if she can order something for you. Top service! I would love to come back here again or come to live here forever. 😉

Great stay!
Enjoyed breakfast outside accompanied with beautiful views every day! Fantastic region with many hiking opportunities. On Sunday we recommend visiting the weekly market in Abondance. The apartment meets every need which makes it feel like coming home . In the late afternoon, after our walk, we would go for a refreshing dip in the pool. The bread service is great but during the summer we preferred to drive down to the bakery (they have heavenly chocolate rolls!). Everything is really clean and in good order (there is also a Nespresso machine!). To conclude we were super satisfied!

The slopes were still superb. The apartment has a nice view. We stayed in a spacious penthouse which was equipped with all your necessary appliances. You can go skiing, sunbathing and swimming in the pool and then relax in the jacuzzi or sauna. We finished off our days with a lovely meal at a nice restaurant. We are definitely coming back!

Nice place!
Lovely quiet apartment, fully equipped. Swimming pool, sauna and fitness, TV in every room! Close to ski resort. You can go rafting, hiking and cycling. Manager is always available for questions. We had a great time!
