L'Aveneau - Vieille Vigne is a beautiful resort with over 60 luxurious villas in the town of Les Forges. The park consists of two parts: L'Aveneau and Vieille Vigne. There is a heated swimming pool with a terrace with sunbeds, a large playing field, playground, and other forms of entertainment. Next to the park is a 27-hole golf course.

There are luxurious, attractive villas suitable for 4, 6 or 8 people and have an area between 100m² and 125m². The villas have spacious and well-kept gardens. Several villas even have a private pool.
