Guided tour Rennes-le-Château

In collaboration with writer Ankie Nolen, FranceComfort organizes guided tours in Rennes-le-Château. Ankie Nolen has lived in the Aude department in France, near Quillan, since 2007. She is an expert on the history of the Aude region, the Cathars and everything related to it. She has written several books on these subjects.

Mystery of Rennes-le-Château

One of the greatest secrets of the Aude is the mystery of Rennes-le-Château. How did Father Saunière suddenly get such large sums of money? Where  did he find the treasure and why did he suddenly decide to regularly travel to Paris? There is also a devil statue in the church which raises many question. Also, why is one floor tile different from the others? All of these questions have not yet been answered and continue to intrigue many people around the world.
